I got this idea from fuckyesdemisecrets (please follow that blog!) and thought that it'd be nice if i make a blog only for Miley.
PLEASE READ THE RULES!
Rules:
1. All submissions must be on a picture. The picture must be of Miley(or miley and friends/family etc etc), and the secret must be written on the picture.
2. To create a secret, follow these steps:
- Choose the picture you want
- Upload it to a photo editing website like Picnic.com or to Windows paint or your own photoshop suite.
- Add the text to the picture and save it.
- Upload the picture to Tinypic.com, copy and paste the link in the submission box.
- All secrets will be posted. Whether positive, negative, or sexual as long as they are not too offensive.
- Please note that I am not the one making the secrets unless otherwise stated.
- Each secret will be tagged with my username (fuckyesmileysecrets)
NOTE: When you submit the secret, please tell me if you want to stay anonymous or not!

We know this is not a picture format secret but we’re posting it anyways. But just so you guys know, all the secrets MUST be in a PICTURE FORMAT otherwise we won’t post them. READ THE RULES!
